We report these numbers every year, including the years when progress is slower than we hoped.
Three things we do
Partner with providers
We vet licensed therapy providers and sign service agreements that set clear standards for care and reporting.
Help families afford care
Approved families receive assistance paid directly to their provider, based on published criteria and available funds.
Report results honestly
With family consent, we track progress and share combined results, including when progress is limited.
Hope is powerful, but real progress is what changes lives. I founded Growing Beyond Barriers to turn hope into opportunities, opportunities into progress, and progress into lasting results.

Driven by purpose. Guided by values.
Breaking Down Financial Barriers to Care
Growing Beyond Barriers is dedicated to breaking down the financial barriers that prevent individuals and families from accessing specialized medical care, therapies, and treatments. Through financial assistance, partnerships with qualified healthcare providers, and responsible outcome tracking, we strive to improve lives and help individuals reach their fullest potential.
"Financial circumstances should never determine a person's opportunity to receive quality care."
A World Where Every Individual Can Access the Care They Need
We envision a world where every individual has the opportunity to access the care and treatment they need, regardless of financial circumstances. Our vision is to create lasting change by connecting individuals and families with quality healthcare, supporting innovative treatment approaches, and using real-world outcomes to identify programs that genuinely improve lives.
Our core values
Transparency
We are open and honest about how donations are used, which programs we support, and the results those programs achieve, including the challenges and limitations.
Caring & Compassion
Every child and family has a unique journey. We approach each situation with understanding, kindness, and respect for the emotional weight families carry.
Meaningful Results
We focus on outcomes that make a real difference: skills developed, milestones reached, quality of life improved. Not promises, but measurable progress.
Accountability
We take responsibility for every resource entrusted to us. We evaluate programs carefully, monitor impact honestly, and make evidence-informed decisions.
Individualized Care
No two children are alike. Treatment decisions consider each child's individual needs, strengths, and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
